About the Interpreting Service for Non-Japanese Speakers
We offer an interpreting service for 119 calls in order to respond to emergency calls from international residents/visitors at the scene of a disaster within our jurisdiction.
・Available Languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and 26 other languages.
・Hours: 24/7 (24 hours a day, 365 days a year)
