AQUIRAX UNO
Uno Akira (1934-) is an illustrator and graphic designer representative of Japan. His work has branched out in many ways, from illustrations to other creations, endlessly expanding his range since his debut in the early 1950s. This exhibition will feature a range of valuable original pieces and materials sampled from across his storied career, including his 1950s corporate work, his 1960s underground theater posters, his picture and children’s books, and his recent paintings themed around haiku and young women.
