Takamatsu City Health Center is the center to deal with health services from babies to the elderly according to their stages, providing health services for family, adults and the elderly, mental consultations, consultations for serious diseases, nutrition improvement service and immunization.

Takamatsu City Health Care Center is established by Takamatsu City. It is the special and technical center to deal with prevention of diseases, health enhancement, and environmental hygiene.

Health Measures Section (Medical Safety Support Center) - Tuberculosis, prevention of communicable diseases, hepatitis virus tests, AIDS consultations and tests
Infection Control Measures Office - On-duty doctors in holidays, rotating hospitals
Community medicine Measures Office - Dog registration and rabies inoculations, financial support for spaying and neutering pet cats and dogs, water quality testing for drinking water

Vaccinations
Scheduled vaccinations for infants include: DPT (diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus), Diptheria-Tetanus, Polio, Measles, Rubella, Japanese Encephalitis, and BCG. The center also provides flu shots for senior citizens.
Vaccinations are held at designated medical facilities.
Holiday Hospital Rotation System
The hospitals which will be open on Sundays and holidays are listed in that day's morning newspaper and in the first issue of the month of Koho Takamatsu.

Nighttime Emergency Medical Clinic

This facility is open late at night for people who suddenly fall ill outside the regular operating hours of medical facilities. The facility handles emergency cases in the fields of internal medicine and pediatrics.

Emergency Dental Clinic

This facility is open late at night for people who have a sudden dental emergency outside the regular operating hours of dental facilities.
