2005年7月13日（水）。ジャナビ・パタックさんとマット・マッコイ君が，市役所を訪れ，念願の表敬訪問を果たしました。増田市長，熊野総務部長，高松第一高等学校より黒川校長，ホストファミリーを代表して桐本さんと久保さんと共に，記念撮影しました。
高松市議会，そして高松市役所では，観光課，社会教育課，国際交流室などを見学し，熱心に聞き入る二人の様子は，どこでも歓迎を受けました。また隣接するアイパル香川内の（財）高松市国際交流協会にて，国際交流の様子を伺いました。
Jhanavi Pathak and Matt McCoy visited the Takamatsu City Hall on July 13, 2005, and they were thrilled to meet Mayor of Takamatsu. In the picture, with Jhanavi and Matt, Mayor Masuda; Mr. Kumano, Director of General Affairs Office; Mr. Kurokawa, Principal of Takamatsu Daiichi Senior High School; and the representatives of the host families, Mr. and Mrs. Kirimoto and Mrs. Kubo.
In the City Hall, Jhanavi and Matt visited the City Assembly, the Tourism Section, the Social Education Section, and the International Relations Office, etc. Their enthusiasm and interests were welcomed everywhere. They also visited the nearby Takamatsu International Association, where they learned the current events and activities in Takamatsu.
